The project was commissioned by an investment fund management firm undergoing a phase of corporate expansion. The company sought to renew and upscale its physical headquarters with new facilities that would better reflect its growth and professional image.

The designated site is an open-plan floor of approximately 800 square meters within a newly built office tower located in an affluent neighborhood of Santiago. The architectural strategy centers on a symmetry axis that organizes the layout into two distinct zones: a public-facing internal core that includes open-plan workstations and private offices; and a more secluded perimeter ring that accommodates executive offices, a boardroom, client reception, and a dedicated waiting area.

One of the defining features of the site is its fully glazed perimeter, which the design capitalizes on by placing the offices and meeting rooms along the facade, thereby maximizing access to daylight and views. Meanwhile, service spaces—including restrooms, kitchenette, and server rooms—are concentrated in the building’s central core.

A refined monochromatic palette defines the project’s material and spatial language, ranging from white to deep shades of grey. The multi-programmatic core is clad in black silk-screened glass, creating a reflective surface that enhances spatial depth and accentuates the integrated lighting strategy. Linear LED lighting elements are embedded in the ceilings and oriented along the length of the space, creating a sense of visual continuity and rhythm.

Floor materials differentiate zones by function: the public workspaces feature carpet flooring, designed for acoustic absorption, while the private executive areas are finished with stone flooring, marking a shift in tone and use.

The result is a sleek, high-performance office environment that merges transparency, spatial clarity, and material precision, offering a contemporary and sophisticated corporate setting.
